Service Description

This is group nature walk open to all walkers. The walk begins with intention setting, followed by a silent meditation walk. We will conclude with an offering to Mother Earth. On average the walk takes 45 -60 minutes to complete and is considered an easy level hike/walk. Mills Reservation is located at Normal Avenue and Reservoir Drive, Cedar Grove, NJ. Parking does fill up fast on weekends, so please, leave arrive early find parking. All walkers must bring water and dress for the weather conditions of the day as this is a rain or shine event.
